Default Sync converts track bpm to random 123.67

    Hello,

When I press the sync button for track A it converts the bmp to 123.67 instead of the track B's bpm.

Any idea why this is happening?? I haven't had this problem until now.

    Assistance much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Digi

Does your Master Clock look like this?

If so, set it to MAN.

if you set it to manual, if you stop track on A that was master, track B will not automatically become master. (at least i think thats how it works)

might be an unwanted change, methinks.

Correct, the master deck will not automatically change. But if he's getting "random" tempo changes, it's more likely that he's inadvertently syncing it to the master clock.

    Hey, thanks for the response.

I have attached a image of the 'clock area' it seems different to the image sent earlier.

I'v been pressing all these buttons and now it seems to be worse..

I'v set it to manual but it didn't seem to fix the problem..

Any further ideas or setting I could revert to?

    Thanks,
    digi

how would I set this to correctly?

ps. Thanks for the response, I didn't realise I would get such a response, that's so cool.. thanks guys!!

Set it to "Auto" mate. The master deck is the track that has played longer i.e your first track.
