Default Connecting home speakers to Fast Track/Mac

I have a set of home speakers laying around the house with these inputs:

Do you guys know how I can hook them up to my Fast track or macbook to use as reference?

you would need a hi-fi receiver or some kind of boombox stereo. your audio interface output would plug into a line input on the receiver.

Like Jason said you'll need a stereo reciever (something that takes RCA and output with wires).

If your a DIY kinda guy, you can splice the RCA type cables to make them work with those connections.

alright, I will be in search of a boombox haha. thanks!

I tried cutting off the plugs of some RCA wires and plugging into one speaker but it didn't work. I might be doing it wrong?

what you are doing wrong is that those speakers aren't powered, so there isn't enough current for them to function unless you get a PA of some kind
