    All good choices.

I went with the Oxygen 49 because it had more knobs and faders, and I wasn't worried about getting the smallest size. I use it as an addition to the Traktor S4 and even with 49 keys, 9 faders, 8 knobs, and 15 buttons; I still have alot of them double and triple mapped.

So, it depends on how you plan to use it and how you want to map it on what would be best for you. If you want to use it as your only controller and aren't sure about mapping, then the Oxygen 8 would be a good choice because you can download a TSI for it here.

Well, in case of midi keyboards, bigger is better.
But also he mentioned price and portability and akai MPK mini.
Also, i don't think that mpk mini is good product. Its just too simple...

I have the MPK25 and I love it. Buttons, knobs, keys, and some (shitty) pads. I got over the pads since I have a MPD.

^^ literally the only issue ive had with the thing.

8 velocity sensitive pads (2 banks) 8 (shitty feeling, but ok) knobs and 25 keys .........and for $100? its a steal.

great addition. I use it to control FX over traktor through Live. works wonders.

MPK Mini is awesome. If your using a 25 you won't be doing anything fancy anyways.

Otherwise I'd get something in the higher range, like a novation Sl MKII or Nocturn.

    Big fan of the Axiom:

The Oxygen is good, but it doesn't feel extraordinary.
