Default Easier way to edit .TSI?

I was wondering if there was any sort of program (ideally for mac) that made it easier to edit the .TSI mapping files? It seems kind of difficult in the small screen built in to traktor and it'd be nice to have some way of altering a number of entries at once (like changing a bunch of modifiers) through a "ctrl+f and replace" type function. Even if there was some coding involved, I think it'd be easier.

Does such a program exist? Can you open a .TSI some how and through text?

Sorry, you're stuck with the small Traktor mapping page in the controller editor. There have been many requests on the NI forum to improve this.

yeah, understand where you're coming from--would love to have this myself.

there was a project prior to 1.2 that went in this direction--iirc, it was hosted on the traktor bible site. unfortunately, aorn, i don't think there is anything you can use other than traktor/controller editor.

Thanks for the speedy responses! Kinda weird and seems unnecessarily limiting. Hopefully it's an unannounced feature of Traktor Pro 2 Seems like a reasonable and relatively basic request. Has NI said why they haven't done this?

So all the complex mappings DJTT puts out are done through that small window? That makes them even more impressive.

+1 its certainly easier to create complex mappings (especially ones requiring LED feedback), unfortunately its not realtime and requires you to load after each save.

Shame it doesn't edit the map in use.
