S4 controller editor question?

I've just started to have a fiddle with the midi mode on the S4. I want to gain access to the different available layers on the decks. On the S4 page of the control editor it shows there are 4 pages for either side of the S4.

Left hand side

Deck A Basic
Deck A Shift
Deck C Basic
Deck C Shift

Obviously I can use a mouse to change which page I'm on when using the Controller editor, but I need to be able to jump pages while on Traktor via the controller. Does anyone have a clue what the hardware controls are to access the different pages? Or how do I set up the controller to access them?

(Unless the default templates on my controller editor has for the S4 is wrong, the obvious answer of simply pressing the Deck C and or + shift does not work)
