MF instant grad. button 9 not working

hey, just got my new MF to run with my s4, i updated everything loaded the mapping in tracktor, my button 9 ( row 3 button 1) on my MF isnt doing anything, this button should be mapped to beatmasher 1 but i get nothing when i press it, i have rebooted, updated firmware, again and again, it doesnt seem to fix the issue....

has anyone had this problem and have a fix, or know whats going on

Try reloading the tsi file in traktor, it sometimes takes a couple of imports
for the mapping to work properly.

turns out i bent one of my button contact legs when i was putting my MF together.... took it apart, and straitened it, its workin perfect now...
