Default VCI 100 - jog wheel issue

Recently i've been having trouble with my left hand jog wheel on the vci 100. No matter what sensitivity i have it set to it will not respond in traktor unless i really push down hard on it. It's ok as i'm not a scratch DJ but netherless for pitch control it's a pain in the arse.

Anyone have any ideas or similar problems?

Maybe it is down to the optical sensor needing cleaning or something?

    Cheers for any help,

    Bdog.

Have you played with the sensitivity settings in Traktor?

I'm just using ean's latest tks file. All other settings are default. Do you think it could be due to running the VCI 100 off of USB power and not Mains?

Bump! I'm having trouble with this now too.

The platter reacts to me pushing clockwise, but when i move anti clockwise the touch sensitivity cuts out. I have to lift my finger, touch the platter again and hold it for a second as if the platter is sending the data too slowly before i can move anti clockwise properly.

Running it off of USB shouldn't make a difference... give me some time to think about it, or for someone to give their input.
