    oh ok so the what ive been doing with house it long mixing with the meat etc.. but ill try to just do intro and outro of a track mixing making sure nothing is overlapping,

    ill try choose 5 songs and do a mix then upload it so people can see what im on about

    also whats a double drop? sounds cool but

    If it's heavy midrange dubstep u shouldn't just mix the outro and intro. Most of that stuff is built like an electro house song: the first half of the song followed by the breakdown followed by the same shit as the first half followed by an outro. If u want to keep the mix not so repetitive I would mix intros with breakdowns or hiphop slam that shit before the breakdown comes to keep the energy up. Mixing that stuff isn't very complicated since u don't have a lot of options.

    If ur mixing more traditional styles of dubstep u can get away with layering since the songs aren't stuff full of noises like the midrange heavy tracks.

    check your bpm range in traktor it might not go up2 220 so that is y it would register as 110. you can change this in the preferences. the kick drum is the main thing that determins traktors interpretation of the bpm

    You don't? There's a 35bpm gap. Beat matching them would be rather silly in my opinion.

    i know ill get shit for saying this, but drumstep, DnB, and dubstep are more or less the same in terms of the ways to mix it.
