Traktor registration and new laptop

I finally got everything working and got TP2 downloaded, as well as a serial to activate it (FINALLY).
I have a new laptop in the mail right now, and will arrive Friday. If I register this copy of TP2 on my current laptop, will I have to deactivate the serial in order to register it on the new computer?

My main concern is NI's help dept. being super bogged down due to the release and not being able to deactivate my serial in a timely fashion(if indeed that's the case) because I'd like to have it set up for some weekend shenanigans. Will I need to deactivate? Is it only done through email?

You are allowed 2 installs per license. For example a desktop and a laptop. Or in your case 2 laptops
