Encountered an annoying problem, help would be appreciated ;)

Recently I bought the I-mix reload. For a good amount of time I have been using the usb soundcard that came with the controller. I haven't used it in a while and now if I plug it in windows says "usb device not recognized" and that there is no driver installed. I've been trying to find a driver but haven't had any luck. If anyone knows if there is a driver or of a way to fix this your help would not go unappreciated

delete and update drivers, probably something happend since the last time you used it ... ie windows update or delete some other prgram
