Default Traktor Scratch Pro 2 GUI question

Ive seen some of the tease video's where you can manipulate the GUI and modes ETC in traktor 2.0+.. But I have one question i need answered before I purchase..

I manually play timecode without syncing or grids etc.....

Can I or Can I not hide the MASTER/SYNC stuff i dont use in 2.0??

While retaining waveforms and not in "pure" mode???

If you can ditch that stuff in the new version I will be spending my upgrade money on a serato box instead.

You mean hiding the 2 buttons?

If that is a deal breaker you should reconsider what is important in DJing software mate.

You can't get rid of the buttons, if you don't want to use sync you don't have to because it's a feature you can turn on or off.

I take that back, if you set the deck layout to micro it doesn't show the master and sync buttons.

Yeah you can hide the buttons, there's an option under global settings to do it.

just wondering-does the presence of the buttons hinder your djing in any way, or is just that you can't stand to look at them?
