Any idea's for unique cd/press kit packagings?

Title says it all, trying to find something a little different. The best one I've seen so far are the little tins but just want to see what else is out there.

Also been trying to look for an item that packages both CDs and little USB flash drives, so if you know of any let me know.

I had made a mix CD for my girlfriend and recorded it on a cd that looks like a record, and made a paper sleeve and a cardboard cover like a record. I thought it was cleaver.

This is a good one, and I have seen this done in the past, but I really can't remember any addresses on where to get kits done.

I went to a gig where the band gave out mixtapes that were wrapped in news paper, was really quirky and looked nice.
