Problem Xone 4D tsi file to Trakter Pro 2
Hi,
Just got my Traktor Pro 2 software and installed, updated and set the preferences but I just can't seem to get Traktor to store the tsi file. I am importing the default tsi file but it does not work.
Each time that I import and close preferences it has not changed and if I open up preferences again it is showing the pro 2 default tsi file.
I have the Xone 4D set up as it' default instructions state to press the bottom left button ALT A for Traktor.
Does anyone know what I am doing incorrect please?
Help someone please?

Are you viewing the correct TSI? When I open preferences it always defaults to the keyboard mapping, not my MIDI mapping.

I am definitely viewing the correct tsi file. I never had this problem when I used the Vestax VCI100. It is just since I bought the Allen & Heath. I couldn't get it to work on the older Traktor Pro either. i am sure it is something silly that I am doing incorrectly.

When importing, you're making sure the correct boxes are checked for what to import?

check the in/out ports on the mapping, and make sure you don't have multiple mappings stored for the same controller.

Hi,
I have deleted all midi mappings and imported fresh again and it still does not control the 4D.
I am not getting sound either although the signal is there.
On Traktor pro 2 i have output channels set as follows:
A 1-2
B 3-4
C 5-6
D 7-8 I have output preview and output FX return left and are set to nothing.
On Native Instruments forum it informs to leave inputs unconnected if only using digital files. Is this correct?
Th Allen & Heath mentions about the onboard soundcard is set to 9-10 but if so where does it have to be set please?
Does anyone know why there is no control when I import the tsi file?
Thanks for responses so far.
