    Default Traktor Skipping?

I bought my Audio 6 yesterday and upgraded to Scratch Pro.

I believe i have everything hooked up right, but in the middle of a mix, it starts jumping & freezing.

    Has anybody had this issue?

It 1st jumps at :37, and if you notice, tha Out LED's on tha TA6 blink.

Put your sample rate at 44.1, up your output latency to around 11ms and see what happens.

DOWNLOAD THE 2.0.15 AUDIO DRIVER FOR YOU AUDIO 6 DJ.

    Seriously.

If you experience ANY stability issues with any other driver (it appears you are using either driver version 2.9.4, or 2.9.8) then you MUST revert back to the 2.0.15 driver.

It is THE most stable Windows Audio driver for the NI Audio Interfaces.

Please report back with results with this driver.

And if you are not already aware:

    Uninstall your current driver.

    Re-Boot Laptop.

    Install New Driver.

In the 2.0.15 Driver, I would start with 2ms USB, and 4ms Audio Latency.

If that works really stable over a long mix, try dropping it to 1ms USB, 2ms Audio.

    Bah....

Well I totally assumed they would have these drivers for the new cards...

It appears the only available driver is the 2.9.8 Driver...

    SO, in that case:

I would recommend trying each of these individually, and test with a long mix.

    1. Set the USB latency up a few steps, checking each step.

    2. Try a few different audio buffers, 512, 1024, and 128 would be good setting to test.

    3. If all of these fail to provide results, drop the sample rate down to 44.1Khz, and then try the above two again.

And it would also be worth downloading DPC Checker, and watch it run for a while to see if any drivers are spiking on you.
