Default A couple of questions about the good old Audio 4 DJ card

    Hey,

I'm planning on getting an Allen & Heath Xone 22 to add to my laptop and DJTT VCI-100. Which means getting a soundcard.
I was initially looking at the new audio 2 dj but since that only has outs it makes recording thru my laptop a bit of a hassle...as far as I can tell (?).
I figured the audio 4 dj card would have gotten cheaper now, which it has so I looked at that instead.
Point is, with this set up (i.e. no timecodes) can I wire the mixers record output back into the laptop through the audio 4 dj? So I can record it with traktor.
The other thing is, which cables do I need? Cause the multicores are for the audio 8, arent they?
    Any tips would be great

    Thanks

Yes. You'll route the Booth Out or any auxiliary out from the mixer to an in on the interface.
    It's the FAQ. Read it.

Quick noob q about the audio 4. Is it 4 mono or 4 stereo so I can have a four channel mixer hooked up.
