go to the top FM stations in major markets and look at their playlists...

exactly what i do when i DJ slut myself out , i treat playing top 40ish gigs like that like work , its easy money at the end of the day , and i just have a look at the playlists download some tunes and preview them (most of which i then recognise from the radio ) and then play them out for a few hours , sometimes i do a bit of electro house / dubstep / dnb depends on the crowd , your playing for them at the end of the day and their paying you

then with the money you can buy new gear/ pay off student debts etc , i earn more than my m8s doing less work and still get to play out in propper clubs aswell , its just a separate thing for me

radio / club / mobile (god i hate saying mobile) i do radio cause i love it / same with club and mobile for money (but still enjoy it in a way, you have to at least try , just not the music so much)

so id go for it
