Default thoughts on the Xone 42?

so my mixer's ac adapter recently broke and I somehow decided I wanted to get new gear. at first i was thinking of getting an s4 but after playing around in traktor I decided that I do not like the way traktor sounds in internal mode. anyways I've been looking at mixers and the xone 42 looks pretty promising but I've never tried it out. I'm rally just looking for a mixer with good sound and build quality and decent filters (I mainly use the effects in traktor)

can any one tell me about the sound and build quality of these mixers?

A&H mixer are always a good bet. XONE:42 is not the worst I saw over the years, but safe, sounds great. Pricing's also fair. Ugly as hell... but it's A&H

Very good mixer, a friend of mine has one. Sound great, which is what you expect from allen and heath. I have a DJM 400, would have one of these over it any day.

That's a perspective I think a whole lot of people would be interested in hearing.

Xone is a great choice. Where are you based? There seems to be some Xone 62s on gumtree.com in the London area. Looking to pick one up after my wedding!
