    Default Unpowered USB hub replacement

Ok so while I don't nessesarily need one right now, I have no doubt I will in the near future.

The current hub I'm using is seriously the most reliable piece of crap ever .. unbranded, unpowered, made in china somewhere and found in a TV drawer of the last Apartment I rented so ultimatly FREE as well !!!

    Its been reliably running

Soundcard / Keyboard / Mouse / Midi controller now for over 2 years .. I have no idea how long it was sitting in the drawer before I got it but judging from the dust in there I'm guessing about 2 years or more !!

I've tried various other branded hubs (belkin, D-link, linksys) as well as a number of unbranded cheapy china ones.

NONE seem to work reliably with soundcard crapping out, midi controller disconnecting, or keyboard mouse going down if unpowered

I'm just worried that one of the days the lil bastard will give up on me!

I'd prefer unpowered (powered ones will work fine but more stuff to lug around and forget to bring home!).

So what are u guys using ?

I haven't had any problems with my belkin, but to be fair I never run my soundcard through it.
