Default Omni built in soundcard too bad for gig?

    So yeah,

I might be playing at a local bar, kinda gimpy bar but yeah and i was wondering if the built in soundcard in my numark omni is that bad for this stuff. I don't think it will be a big gig but should i try to get some other loaned for this gig or is this card okay?

all depends how good their system is. Chances are if it's a small bar you will be fine. If it's not loud enough try upping the gain a little on the house mixer.

The soundcard in the omni is the same as the DJi/o. It will be fine.

As I recall the Omni Control has a 24 bit sound card, which is pretty good in terms of pure stats. I used to have one but I never ran it through good enough speakers to tell you anything about the audio quality/colour.

I have an I/O and if the Omni has the same card it sounds bloody good if a lil "Flat". You might wanna EQ a lil extra on the top end, but otherwise really Low Noise and should sound great anywhere.
