    Default Next generation DVS.. LONG LIVE VINYL!

    Hi all,

    I'm a DJ who like so many others loves Serato but HATES messing round behind the mixer trying to connect my laptop in front of my crowd..

    So I came up with this..

    The question is how stable it is. Seems like a great start, great idea man O.o

    It's a very good point. "Keep it simple.. Keep it Stable"

    So far so good tho.. I'll Let you know how we get on with 4 channels of 24bit 96khz and 5ms latency.. That may prove to be a challenge..

    looks sweet mate, killer idea! I'd definately buy it.

    The only thing im not sold on yet is the latency. Looks like its not quite there yet, but a proper bit of R&D and funding from some interested companies will sort that in time im sure.

    Do bear in mint that the MK1 featured in this video was built out of parts from a $15 headset.. and with some tuning even THAT got down to 10ms..

    Like you say. Proper R&D is the order of the day...

    That was my question also. Great idea though. I wonder how these would work though with interference, or if you would even get any?? Um not that up-to-date on bluetooth so i really dont know how strong the connection is.. I still think of linking phones together to steal peoples porn pics when i hear bluetooth... :eek:
