i am getting a tablet pc because i like the idea of browsing the net using a tablet and am interested in graphic design.

It could also make Djing more interesting!

Thanks! excited for my new laptop!

skeptical on it doing touchscreen with traktor due to it being a bit of a big process with it needing to register what you are doing on the screen. I would have gone with the other one since it's a faster dual core and also has a bigger screen.

I run Traktor on little netbook I bought for £180, and it works absolutely fine. Me and my m8 where both gob smacked by how well it actually runs.

I'm pretty sure your want at least a dual core processor for traktor.

I might be wrong, and this laptop might actually have that, its just not shown very easily.

My idea of it is that it has multiple cores to do multi-tasking. If you only got 1 core, well, you can't multi-task.

I'll wait for someone else to chime in.

Pretty sure that i5 is at least a dual core. I dont think they make single core i5's

That lappys hardware will run TPro sweet. The only problems you might face are interference from drivers on the system or random card readers slowing down your latency.

That and having more cpu = better
I think it said something like 1.44GHz i5 dual core for the one he posted for $900
compared to the one I posted at something like 2.6GHz i5 Dual core for under $900 and also has a bigger screen.
