    Default Midifighter 3d question

Is there an simple way of converting the usb signal from the mf3d into real midi without a pc. I've built my liveset around an octatrack and a machinedrum with no pc in sight and I like it that way. Was thinking ardinio but in not keen on coding. Preferably off the shelf or with a soldering iron.

You'll need both a USB to MIDI cable and a powered USB hub. The 3D is bus powered and draws 480mA to operate.

Do you have experience with this? I tried using the hub and USB to MIDI adapter and it did not work.
