Default Kontrol S4 no master output sound

    Hi all,

I've got a S4 since 3 month now, but haven't used it for a month or so.
Friday i decided to do the last update.
Since then I've got no sound on my speakers.
The master level leds works fine (blue and red).
The headphone get the sound fine.
    But nothing on the speakers.
The audio routing for master is ok.
What I have tested? What can I do?
    Please help...

I'm in France for the summer with a weekly nite starting next saturday.
Using a Macbook Pro core 2 Duo 2.53 GHz / 4 GB of RAM and Mac OS 10.6.7

Thanks in advance for your help

    Jean

Is the software volume turned up? Are their any filters or FX active? you might post exactly what your audio settings and routing are in case we can see something you're missing. Screen shots work best.

I recently had a problem where my Kontrol S4 would output no audio at all. It was quite puzzling.

What finally fixed it was removing the power adapter and then also unplugging USB at the same time basically forcing the unit to not have any power at all.

After this I plugged everything back up and magically it started working again. I was quite scared during this time however

Well its a bit more than turning it off and on. I did that as well and it did not work. It was only until I removed power completely before it fixed itself.
