Default easist way to remove the traktor license's from my name?

I've done a search but can't find anything, apologies if I've missed it

basically I've got an S4 on route to me tomorrow but I'm going to be selling my other stuff

so I need to remove, Traktor Scratch Duo, Traktor Pro and Traktor LE from my account

I read something about faxing NI to transfer the license to the new user, is this the only way? I'd rather just remove them ready for another user to install
