All this new tech is cool and stuff but what does it really add to the dj? What happened to going to see a great DJ play some great music. Who cares if he's doing it on a 100 foot wide Touch Screen Jumbotron or 2 turntables. I love new tech, but I love great tech when it allows me to get IT out of the way to interact with the audience. Instead these artists keep erecting barriers between them and the crowd. Trying to capitalize on the next big thing. There's a reason why 2 Turntables and a Mixer were all you needed for last 40 Years. It's still all you need. Tech is great but if doesn't actually change how the music sounds or what you can do to it then lay off. /Rant :P
