Glasgow-based DJ & Producer Haunted Code (aka 27B) launches techno/breakbeat label SONIC CODE with a sound-system-shattering 3-track release: Sonic Code 001.

Sonic Code is a techno label managed by Glasgow-based DJ and producer Haunted Code. The label seeks to promote music that spans the often uncharted territory between breaks, tech-house, IDM and techno. Sonic Code does not seek to define or create a specific subgenre of techno, but instead attempts to promote artists and producers who care deeply for the music and who challenge themselves to extract the soul from their music machines, whether it be analogue gear or digital 1’s and 0’s. Sonic Code releases will sometimes be for the dance floor and sometimes for the heads; but always for the soul. The label releases mainly through the online digital stores, but will also occasionally release audio through physical means, such as vinyl and CD.
