Only been using it a couple days, but so far my Serato experience has been good. Very easy to just set it to get out of your way. I've just got it set in browser mode by album art with all the visual aids off, which makes for a pretty good vinyl experience with a laptop instead of a crate. I'm sure the luster will fade soon enough and I'll be back to my desire for complexity, but I'm loving it for now.

Try running Ableton & serato via The Bridge for your fix of complexity.

Haha already got into that accidentally... had an Ableton set open so it automatically showed in Serato when I opened it. There's a lot of potential there if I ever decide to combine things, but for the most part I like keeping my hypercomplex digital stuff and standard DVS separate.

Yeah its mental...I've been meaning to hook up a drum machine into an Ableton channel while hooked up to serato...but I guess there's nowhere to connect a midi cable at that point :S Shame.
