Problem with jog wheel

hii all...i need a lil help with my controller...im using the Dj-tech i-mix controller http://www.djtechpro.com/product_det...product_id=242
and im using Virtual dj pro 7,and when i play a song and try to scratch its make a delay.i tryed on traktor..its make the same problem...

It activates a delay effect or there's a delay in time between when you touch the jog wheel and the software reacts? If it's the latter what's your latency set at? Maybe try raising it and see if that helps.

i tryed change the settings still the same..its like i just touching the jog whell the music stops for a sec and then its Continued..
