Default third deck setup using Audio 6 DJ?

I have a 4 channel mixer and I would love to add a third channel. I have an audio 6 DJ. the last input and output on it is called "main". seems like its not for a third deck purpose.

anyone tried this setup with that soundcard? I'm trying to add the addition for a third track setup. if its not for that then what is that "main" in/out feature for then??

    thanks!

No, but as its only a output it should work, but I don't think u can run timecode tru the main in/out

thanks for advice guys tried it and works although the volume of the main in/out is significantly louder than the other two channels. had to turn down the vol fader on the mixer itself to match the other two. maybe cause its the main but yea.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but before I buy the audio 6 can I just make sure it's possible to use the first 2 channels for timecoded vinyl as usual, and then use the output of the 'main' channel to send a 3rd internal deck (so just clicking play on traktor, no timecode for this one) to an external mixer, and then send the record out of my mixer into the input of the 'main' channel to record using traktor's record function at the same time?

1 of the main puposes of the audio 6 is to be able to use timecode....
