Can anyone ID it for me? Cause & Affect are a bit slow with answering.

i think this is a version of the gary caos "authorized" remix. obviously heavily stepped on.

@Hedge: I'd say that those are just samples dropped over a beat- samples coming from this version of the record- identifiable by the characteristic female lead (iTunes-Link)
My .02$ would still be that it's done almost something similar to cue-juggeling.
