    Default Ghetto timecode with Serato SL possible?

    My NI Audio 6 DJ bit the dust last night.

    I've got to fill a friend's wedding with sound tomorrow.

    My equipment is a Numark NS7 which I normally use with Traktor via Timecode-WAV's. Without the soundcard I can't use timecode in Traktor.
    There's a lenghty thread about "ghetto timecode" on this forum but nothing worked so I'm asking myself if anyone knows a way to use Timecode-control in SL without a SL-box?

    I already have Itch 2.0 (which would be the easiest choice) but I still prefer Traktor Pro.

    I don't think so; SSL uses proprietary audio drivers with the SL boxes

    have never seen it done.

    I'd use the new Itch

    That means no effects for me unless I route the sound through Traktor or Ableton Live :/

    can u use JACKAUDIO to get the sound from itch to traktor? internal routing without your soundcard? think i saw a video about that some time ago. If not i got another idea that we might want to talk about in private

    scratch live won't work without the interface.

    but itch´s interface is the NS7, right? So it might be possible to grab the timecode-wav audio thats mixed inside of itch with JACKAUDIO, route it into traktor and control the decks of traktor via the ns7. Means also you would only need a simple output interface for TP

    but it could be some flawed idea, i just stood up, had to much drinks last night

    @Arne:

    That's what I usually do but I can't now because my TPro soundcard bit the dust.
