Did you download and install the loops & Samples? My guess is no.

If you havent deleted them or reinstalled traktor they should be in your playlist collum on the far left browser. from there you can drag them to the favourites. set up as many playlists as you want and change which ones appear in your fav's collum as you please.

If you downloaded the demo and activated it (assuming you uninstalled a previous version) bundled samples/loops won't be there.
