Default What to use an X1 for alongside an S4

Just realised that after upgrading, my X1 is pretty redundant, but I still think it's a great controller and would like to use it to supplement the S4 if I can think of anything to use it for. Any suggestions?

Obvious choice are direct access to deck(s) C and/or D, without having to switch layers on your S4 and without having to compromise on hotcues for the sample play buttons. Samewise considering fx units 3&4 in case you're using those.
Any FX extravaganza set-up could be host on the X1 too.

Direct access for C&D is a great way to do it, another good thing to do is to have macros setup... basically use it as an effects machine

setup freeze buttons, maybe auto slicers, drama build ups... etc

Just assign two commands in the software to on button or knob.
