APC Lower LED Mapping Help

Hey guys, just picked up an APC20 and I'm trying to put together a little 2 deck mapping to use with an external mixer. I already finished up the top clip launch section, with a midi fighter instant gratification mapping for each deck, some transport controls, and cues. For this top 5x8 grid, all my LED controls are working perfectly. However, I'm running into issues when I try to map any buttons below this section. The clip stop row will only light up when I press the button, the navigation/track selection row only lights one button up at a time, and the three rows of smaller buttons won't respond to any MIDI out commands. Anyone have any pointers? Or interested on collaborating on this mapping? Thanks so much
