    What? The stantons look pretty much exactly the same at technics except in sorta blue and with round buttons.

    Now my Citronic pd45 with the round edges, that looks uncool

    it's a personal preference what you want to use to be honest.

    But I think that 1200's/1210's are industry standard because they are reliable and rock solid.

    yup.

    and they don't look like toys.

    Agreed

    They are irreplaceable

    Other decks may perform better blah blah torque blah blah

    No other turntable will be instaled anywhere that dj's use them ... fact

    Show me a club that uses Stanton or whatever ...

    None

    Technics = irreplaceble

    I've been in venues with other turntables. I've been to nights that have insisted on having the technics replaced with Stantons too

    I've never seen anything but technics, but if I'm wrong I'm wrong.

    Which clubs are you on about?

    That's a CD player.

    And that wouldn't be a replacement anyway since it serves a different niche.

    i'll be buying some 1200's again sometime in the future - tho not because i don't think other decks might be better but just because they're what i bought when i got into dj'ing. all my other friends were buying the darker coloured 1210's at the time and i just liked the silver 1200's. wish i hadn't sold them really - but had no choice at the time - they looked just about as good as the day i bought them too...
