No idea mate, I'm sure you will get an answer soon,
There is a few guys on the forum that own a DX

Failing that have you checked the Xone forum?

    Hiya,

My DX works great, have had no trouble with the buttons like earlier units.

The downside is the play/cue buttons are stiffer in use. (I suppose that's better than having them play up in the club under heavy bass vibrations!!)

Now that itch 2.0 is out, it's a great combo. All i need now is midi control of the SP6 sampler, and i'm done. (Oh and maybe the bridge too!!)

    Cheers

There wasn't an issue with those play and cup buttons but for a very very few people, actually A&H did only receive less than 10 units back. Most of them didn't have a 'real' issue. The concern was that if you hit the DX with some force near those buttons - WHICH YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO - they could engage themselves...
So there were a few you actually did have this issue yes, the rest was just nonsense.
