Default Alternatives to Novation Dicer (cue points/sample)

    The title says it all.

I am looking for an alternative to Dicers. I am shopping around for comparable hardware so that I am able set hot cue points and samples with Serato Scratch. I have looked at Kontrol X1 but want to see if there is anything out there to compare it to before I make purchase.

    Much appreciated.

dicers are JUST buttons. Their simplicity is their beauty.
Any controller with buttons will do what dicers do.

Those controllers are not really comparable.

I love Dicers, but they're very specific - they do what they do well, but they're not as flexible as other controllers.

If I didn't have Dicers and a ZOMO-MC-1000, I'd go for the SP1. It's a nice DVS solution combined controller.

the shipping would then probably add up to about the same. i might go with this being that im very familiar with pioneer products. i just wish it was cheaper. maybe ill find some luck on ebay.
