Traktor Sampler

I have recently switched from Virtual DJ to traktor and I'm loving it. The only thing i don;t Like about traktor is the sampler. In Virtual DJ I am able to set up sample and have them sync no matter what. Meaning If I scratch, then the sample scratches with it. Or if I skip around the track, the sample will still stay in beat. I want the same functionality in the Traktor sampler like I have in the Virtual DJ Sampler. Is this Possible? And I know if you hit the "S" or Snap button itll put the samples in sync but if I move the track thats playing, samples go out of sync even in Snap mode.

snap is for placing cue points on beat

quantize is what might help.

I tried Quantize and it didnt sem tow work either
