Kontrol X1 Won't work on Mac

I'm using Traktor Scratch Pro with a Kontrol X1 and 1 turntable. My desktop rig works like a wizard, but when i hook my rig to my macbook, traktor picks up the kontrol x1, and the controller editor is set to the default template, however the kontrol x1 does not want to operate.

In advance, I would like to apologize/thank if this does not belong/for any help shared.
