Default why would audiojelly have a territory restriction and beatport doesn't?

the track is Boadicea (oliver $ mix)...

audiojelly tells me no...and on beatport it's 50 cents more...

    is this an import/domestic thing?

Weapons, not food, not homes, not shoes

Labels usually set such restrictions, never understood why as it's already hard to get people to pay for digital downloads so missing one customer due to some bean counter ideas about getting more money due to currency exchanges...
