Default Xone:92 filters TSP2 vs The real thing

What is your guys opinion on the Xone:92 effects in TSPro2 vs the real thing? I ask because I plan on getting either an Ecler Nuo or the Xone 22. But I also plan to get the X1, so if the Traktor effects are just as good I may go with the Nuo.

Any comments? Also considering a DN-X600.

Sorry for n00b questions, it's my first mixer and I'm trying to make a final decision!

digital replication of analog sound is never the same. How pleasing to the ear it is entirely subjective.

the filter 92 is good, but the power to kill your woofer in just one klick is only to be found in the real thing (xone 32 and up).

For a final decision go with the nuo 2.0, that ecler frequency band is better than the a&h 3 band (got the 42 and i am not really happy with that eq).
The Filter on the 22 is a castrated version of the 92, for e.g. the resonance is a button. This results into you not being able to activate the filter without anyone noticing it. That is the biggest problem of the a&h filter imho, there is no way to activate them and not let the listener know about it. You can minimize it but not to 0, like the djm effects are setup to, and you will need a resonance knob to do so.

to summarize it a bit, if you play techno/minimal only, the xone 22 will make you happy. if you play anything else, go for the nuo 2.0.

(got to admit that the vcf is a bomb, if you want it badly and find one check out the xone vf-1)

Got the Xone 42 and the filter there definitely has stronger resonance than Traktor's Filter 92.

the strength of the filter 92 has is on the list of things to be fixed in TSP2, but in TSP1.2.7 it sounded awesome!

Xone 92 mixer with the analogue filter are the nuts,
    Way better than Traktors

Xone DB4 mixer has the filters but are now digital, so I don't know how they compare to the analogue or the ones in Traktor

Does the filter knobs give the same effect as the filter 92 effect in TSP2?

The filter knob on the xones does determine at which frequency the filter starts to cut in.
The buttons dictate the filter type (high/mid/low), you can combine for some cool sounds :P.
So no high pass and low pass knob like the advanced 92 in traktor.
There is no neutral position or dry wet and you wont get that insane bass boost on high pass and 20 Hz frequency .

So from my experience both are totally different.

Personally I think the filters on the xone 92 are way better,
you can also have the ablity to make the crowds ears bleed!
