    Default traktor scratch

so i found a really good deal on traktor scratch duo (need cash to fix my decks). originally was going to go with serato b/c that was what id been learning on, but i can't afford to do that and fix my decks anytime in the next few months.

not that i have to cash to buy one now, but how are controllers handled in traktor scratch? same as in traktor? can the same mappings be used?

Yes they are handled the same. I'm not 100% sure you can load custom mappings in Duo though as it has some limitations in customization. Is this Scratch Duo 2 or 1? If 1 you can upgrade to Duo 2 for $49

or upgrade to Scratch Po 2 for $79

Here's a comparison chart to see the differences

What sound card does it come with? It has to come with an NI sound card for you to be able to use Scratch.

its duo 2, comes with the audio 6. id probably buy the scratch pro upgrade before buying a controller (either an x1 or an mf pro methinks) anyway, just kinda need to fix my techs.
