There’s also an almost hermetic community that exists in many areas of dance music, where serious hobbyists feed off each other’s expertise but barely connect to the industry – despite many of those involved actually working in it.

Well if you have questions I could try to answer either on which ones I used or whatever really, let me know.
There's a point where I did use once the auto boucer (I really thought that was the bouncer ) and that felt totally out of the way so, it's not that perfect anyway.

    Thanks for your comment.

I'm really trying to wrap my head around Traktor's new FX mostly tape and ramp delay. I think the best way for me to do that is to hear them being used in mixes. I've not been able to get a decent sounding auto bouncer at home.

Ok, that's noted I'll write later a short example on how I use the ramp delay and with which settings. I don't use much the tape delay, more because I didn't really experiment with it. I tend to prefer the bouncer rather than the autobouncer as where you keep tight control of the bouncer, the autobouncer works on a fixed lenght (ie you engage it and it will play for - I think- 8 beats, so it's kind of tricky sometimes to use it correctly).
I'll see what I can come with and post that.
