    Default Monitor setup help

    I need help with connecting my m audio bx5a monitors to my audio 2 dj just using output A. I need to connect via trs with out using the following cable in the link below (dont ask why). For those who dont know each monitor has one trs connection each and i cant seem to find a rca to dual trs , any other solutions (adapters, etc)...thanks

    cant help much but thats how mine are setup... works great

    the way I understand it: Audio 2 DJ outputs are unbalanced, TRS is balanced. Therefore to go between the two you needed to change the Audio 2 signal to balanced using a DI - http://www.behringer.com/EN/Products/DI20.aspx

    Then you could use XLR / TRS into the bx5as

    thanks alot...also how would connect the audio 2 to the DI (rca to xlr or dual xlr)

    From Audio2 to the 1/4" unbalanced TRS line inputs which then gives you balanced XLR out.

    I haven't done this, was just reading off the information. But that sounds like it would work. Also, I don't know if there's a cheaper option of doing this, could be
