MF not recognized by computer. tried updated, nothing! can anyone help?

I have a midi fighter classic. I did the mf update a while ago and everything was working. now, nothing is working and it is not recognized by my computer (after using midi monitor).

Specs:
Mac 10.6.8
mf (not sure was version)

I did the easter egg mode (blinking light on the bottom) and it was working perfectly.

My comp failed to find a MF during "boot mode" and it is not showing up in my Adio MIDI setup window in the Mac environment.... so all in all, it is not transmitting data to my comp, can anyone help me?
