Default 1/4' Cable stuck in Input

I just got my new Audiofire soundcard and put my guitar cable into the universal in. Works great. However, I tried to get it out and it's STUCK. It won't budge at all, and I'm afraid of breaking it if I try to use more force. Help!

some of those ports can be very tight. I'd suggest gradually increasing force while I spin it around.

if that doesn't work. call m-audio.

!@$%, you were right. I was so afraid of blowing 300$ I didn't want to try pulling quite that hard

Just remember there's usually clips in those jacks in order to keep them in nice and tight. so you've gotta contradict the force that those clips are putting on it.
