Sup man It's such a basic controller i think you're best off doing it yourself, I've mapped mine so that the top six buttons represent EFX buttons in groups 1 and 3 and the bottom six to represent EFX buttons in groups 2 and 4. the top six (groups 1 and 3) are modulated on the Y axis of the touch pad if you place it so the pad is the furtherest away from you and groups 2 and 4 are modulated by the X axis. I've mapped one but, as wongaling says it's so simple you'd be spending your time better by just mapping the thing! It's not hard and you can get it how you like.
