    Default Help with cueing!!

I am using a mixtrack pro, and I am totally unable to get any sound to come through the headphones.

I have the monitors set to 2 and 3 and the master output to 0 and 1. The cue button is on, the mixer is all the way off the deck. The volume on cue is up. Something interesting for you to know is that when I turn cue all the way off the program (ie knob to left) I can actually hear it on my speakers softly (not through headphones) and when I turn the knob to full blown program, I hear nothing. Been trying to figure this out for a while now, finally think its time for some help.

    Thank you!

If you haven't installed it yet, do so.

Then make sure you have it setup correctly in the ASIO control panel. You need to enable the audio ports for the MixTrackPro in there. Post a screenshot if you can.

Then post a screenshot of your audio setup in Traktor.

Also Traktor has it's own cue/program knob. That will most likely be the problem.

I've installed it, but I don't see a control panel for ASIO anywhere. Traktor recognizes it. But when I use it no audio is heard it all. I've watched videos and I've routed everything the same way I've seen online. Not sure whats going on.

Did you check internal, external audio settings?

Still haven't got it. Edit: also figured out that the cue gain and cue mix affect the volume of the track even when cue is not engaged.

    Here are some screens:
