"the one" ! terrible name haha.
i'm most excited about the recording/editing features. it could potentially really streamline my workflow.
this looks sweet
but you can preplan your mixes and just let'r rip
game over live djing
you can do that now. Its no different. I can record things on a CD and just press play. Or my comp and play someones sound cloud, or a mix I did before.
^lol yeah, or dj with ableton
Yea but this is way more straightforward to use than ableton live
I think it's interesting.
While I still personally like Serato's GUI the best by far out of all the different options available, this is a nice minimalistic setup that really has some potential. Because, honestly, I like to be able to either mess around with a GUI, or have it be /perfect/.
I guess it's something that came out of my gaming days. I spent hours and hours setting things up so that they would be perfect visually, and I like to take that to the same level in anything that I have to use a graphic interface with.
The big questions are going to be DVS, sound-card compatibility, stability, and response. What they are trying to offer looks pretty fantastic.
I just want to know more.
