Been checking out a few podcasts on mixcloud and thinking about making an account are there any + or - compared to soundcloud?

I've got a mixcloud account, but it doesn't seem as popular as soundcloud. Most DJs put their mixes up on SC anyway. I think you get more free time on MC.

Mixcloud is pretty cool for doing a weekly thing, but the the big negatives are your uploads can only be 100mb in size (roughly 60 mins at 192 CBR) and you can't download them. BUT you have unlimited uploads so that more than makes up for it.

Soundcloud = your own productions

Mixcloud is awesome! Only downside is you're not allowed to post a download link. But that's how u keep things legal!

most people just post a megaupload link to download their mix in the mix description area of the mix.

I pretty much only use Mixcloud now, to upload all of my mixes. Soundcloud was too expensive. I got way more views and listens on soundcloud, but I like the way mixcloud player works and the unlimited uploads.

Yeah I pretty much only use soundcloud. I have mixcloud, but I don't get the following I do like sound cloud.
